Food, Glorious Food...

Whether you’re in the mood for a simple burger, or a have a taste for seared halibut served with caramelized mushrooms and an herb-crusted tomato tart, local restaurateurs are dishing up treats that are as delectable as they are memorable. Many new high-end restaurants have recently opened their doors in this bustling mountain town, but a host of old standbys continue serving up savory fare.
For years, visitors and locals alike have flocked to tried-and-true favorites, such as Bart & Yetis, Los Amigos, Sweet Basil, and Red Lion. Many of us grew up dining in these restaurants, and it’s always a kick to return to the comforts of the tried and true. Now, a flurry of higher-end restaurants are making their way to the village and its environs, and the local restaurant scene has elevated to a new level of delicious.
